when copying from one spreadsheet to another I get "#VALUE!" error, how can I eliminate it?

I have a spreadsheet that is very large and contains a bunch of macros
and formulas. When I am done, instead of sending the entire worksheet
to a colleague for review I cut and past the only sheet they need to
see into another spreadsheet. When they open it they are prompted to
"this workbook contains links to other data sources". No matter if
they click yes or no they will get "#VALUE!" in many of the boxes that
should contain data.

Is there a way for me to stop that from happening?

Convert the formulas to values

For code and a add-in to send a single sheet see

Jim Rech posted a registry tweak:

Each recipient would have to make this same change.

Select the entire sheet you have copied then:

-Copy
-PasteSpecialValues
