Cell Validation on Excel
 

Wouldn't you just test the Yes or No value?

I want to do a cell validation on a worksheet that would come from a table

Yes or No. I colored the cells in the list to have a Green backround with
the
word Yes in the cell and a Red backround with the word No.

My question is there a way for the colors to show up in the cell
validation.
Even though the list to chose from is colored cells and bolded. the result
on
the cell to be valadated is black and white with a non bolded character.
