Cannot shift objects off sheet - message

Trying to hide some columns I get the above message. The objects concerned
are Comments which have been very widely separated from their cells (due to
inserting rows etc). If I find the offending comment and move it back close
to its cell the problem is temporarily solved, similarly if I delete the
comment. But there are a lot of comments and the offending one is hard to
find. I need the comments - not practical to delete them all or manually
move them all back close to their cells. I really need a global command
that willl move all comments back close to the cells they refer to. Does
something like this exist. Any suggestions, please. Thank you.

To reset all Comments to their original postion use the code from Debta
Dalgleish's site.
