Floating Object
 

How can I make a textbox (drawing), or anything, that will display a note,
memo, etc. and make it keep a position on the screen where-ever I go on the
spreadsheet. Or something I can keep, like a reminder, visible on the
spreadsheet or screen at all times. So, if I page down two or three times,
the note or comment will follow. I've used a textbox (drawing) and colored
the background so it stands out but I want it to automatically follow me
whereever I go.
