merge/copy but needs to compare
 

I need to merge/copy data from one workbook into another workbook. However,
the data does not match (one workbook has some additional and some deleted
cells from the other). And this is only for certain columns, not all. How
do I have it populate the data from the first workbook into the second
workbook for just the cells that match?
