FY08 Quarterly Sums
 

Hello,
I have a spreadsheet named "UFMS" containing budget information. Dates are
in column A, currency in column H. The sum of the money is in cell H13
(SUM(H4:H12)). When I insert the next record, the sum will be in H14,
(SUM(H4:H13). So the sum will move down the sheet.

On another sheet, in cells C21 to F21, I'd like breakdowns of the quarterly
sums. would this be possible?

Hi Herbert,
Your download goes a long way to answering my question. I'm not sure,
however, how to do the grouping. I'm studying pivot tables. I'm sure I'll
find out there.
