Create Fill In Template in Excel?

Attempting to create template, in Excel 2003, that will tab from one desired
fill in field to the next. Have tried protecting the sheet, but then can't
either lock or unlock the cells desired. Have saved as a template, deleted
extra unused sheets, but just am not getting it!!! HELP!!!

Create Fill In Template in Excel?

The locking/unlocking of cells must be done before sheet protection is applied.

By default all cells on a sheet are locked when sheet protection is enabled.

Select the cells you want to Tab to and FormatCellsProtection. De-select
"locked".

ToolsProtectionProtect Sheet.
