I assume you know about Print Area on the File menu.
If you have a long column of data to go on one page look at David McRitchie's web site.: http://www.geocities.com/davemcritch...l/snakecol.htm best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme remove caps from email "M.GONZALEZ" wrote in message ... Hide rows and columns not to be printed.
To print non-contiguous ranges you would have to copy those ranges to another sheet and print that. See Ron de Bruin's site for more on this by taking a "pictures" of the various ranges. http://www.rondebruin.nl/print.htm#non-contiguous Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Tue, 18 Mar 2008 10:31:00 -0700, M.GONZALEZ wrote: I have a very large excel worksheet that i would like to print just portions of it. how do i pick the parts i want printed and have them print on one page? the couple of thing i tried always print each column on seperate pages. |
