Excel disapeared!
Hi there, I am new to this forum, I am trying to solve a recent problem with Excel on Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003. This was pre installed on my computer when I purchased it. Word is working fine. Yesterday when I double clicked on the desktop shortcut for excel, the following came up: Windows installer.... Preparing to install It then brings up another box: Microsoft Office Professional edition 2003 Installation error: file not found A required installation file SKU11.CAB could not be found. Another box then appears stating that the original installation source is required! Can anyone enlighten me please? Many thanks in advance Val -- valentinesands |

The system would like you to insert the Office CD to continue the repair.

Hi there, But Office was installed when I purchased the computer and I don't have a disc to use.
