Pivot Table (column/row) label cache reset

Hello,

When updating the source date for a pivot table, and some categories being
no longer exist, they keep remaining in the label filter of the pivot table.
Refreshing the table updates the data area correctly, but no longer existing
rows, columns or report labels keep appearing in the filter drop down lists.

How can I 'reset' these without having to recreate the pivot table?

thx,
Kris

Debra Dalgleish's website has instructions:
http://www.contextures.com/xlPivot04.html

Also, the Pivot Play PLUS add-in at her site will clear them:
http://www.contextures.com/xlPivotPlayPLUS01.html

Does that help?

Thanks Ron,

I used the vb script because I had quite some tables. It's working just
fine!

Thanks a lot
Kris
