Hide and protect worksheets depending upon who is looking?

I have a workbook containing 4 identically formatted worksheets. The 4th
tabulates totals using the first 3. Sheet 1 belongs to Person 1. Sheet 2
belongs to Person 2. Sheet 3 belongs to Person 3. Is there a way to allow
each person to see and change only the sheet that belongs to them and the
total sheet?
