Changing commas in .csv to quotation marks

Hi-I have a 1000 record data sheet in CSV, that I am trying to import into
our line of business application. The CSV has both the field and data values
separated by commas. The LOB application requires that the data values by
separated by quotation marks or single quotation marks. Is there a way for
me to change this in the CSV file? Thanks so much for your help.

Changing commas in .csv to quotation marks

Maybe you could write your own exporting program that would behave exactly the
way you want:

Here are three sites that you could steal some code from:

Earl Kiosterud's Text Write program:
www.smokeylake.com/excel
(or directly: http://www.smokeylake.com/excel/text_write_program.htm)

Chip Pearson's:
http://www.cpearson.com/excel/imptext.htm

J.E. McGimpsey's:
http://www.mcgimpsey.com/excel/textfiles.html

(or maybe you could build your own formula and copy|paste into Notepad.)
