MATCH & INDEX ISSUE?
 

I have a table with agents in column A, with various rates for various
services in Columns B-F.

I want to look up agent X and service Y and have the cell return the
correct rate.

Pretty simple, but I'm stumped!

HELP!

B1:G1 = services
A2:A10 = agent names

A12 = agent name to lookup in table
B12 = service to lookup in table

=VLOOKUP(A12,A1:G10,MATCH(B12,A1:G1,0),0)
