Microsoft Training Opens Help Page from Spreadsheet
 

I recently downloaded and saved the Spreadsheet "Not an expert- Not a
problem2.xls" from the Microsoft "http://office.microsoft.com/training/
Training" site. Later in the day I opened this spreadsheet only to
find a lesson that accompanied it, opening alongside as a CHM
document........... Most impressive!

Can someone tell me how its done?
