When I send a file as an attachment, the mail message does not disappear
after it is sent.

Any suggestions?

Perhaps try asking the folks in a group that discusses the e-mail
application that you are using?

I thought maybe it was an Excel problem not an Outlook problem.

And that is sarcasm if you haven't heard it before.
