Leave a blank row between the data and the total row.
It will not be included in the filter or sort unless you select it. -- Jim Cone San Francisco, USA http://www.realezsites.com/bus/primitivesoftware (Excel Add-ins / Excel Programming) "rusty" wrote in message ? is there any way to lock the position of the row where the total is rather than it moving to the bottom of the list when filter/sort is used thanks |
