Conditional Formulas
1st my explanation is going to be a little complex and I apologize for that
from the beginning. I am working on an absentee tracker for employees at work. This will track how many absences they have in a 6 month period (which I have figured out) but it will also track the number of times they did not notify their supervisor properly. They receive an interview for the 1st occurance. If they have another occurance within 12 months they receive a formal warning. Basically I have it set up now that if they don't notify then a "1" will be in the cell. That one stays there for 12 months then goes away. If they have another occurance within 12 months I need that "one" to stay in the cell, regardless if it has been more than 12 months. If they do not have another occurance within 12 months then it can change to a zero. Any help is apprecieated and if you need further explanation then please let me know. |
