Pivot Table- Show Data % of
I have a pivot table where I am calculating the % of Market Share by using
the maket potential and actual share. I have used the Show Data % of, and have performed the calculation however I now want to use this to make a graph, but the Market potential which is showing 100% is also showing up on my graphs. How can I keep the % calculation but hide the Market potential? I don't want to remove the pivot table and use just an excel chart as I have about 100 salesmen I am creating graphs for. thanks for the input. |

The chart should show your pivot fields as a drop down at the bottom. You
should be able to de-select market potential as an option from there...
