Default duplicate number

What I have is a spread sheet that someone merged two worksheets into one.
The bad part is they did not sort by part number so whenever they updated a
part number they only updated the first. What I would like to do is remove
the duplicate part number by just looking at the part number and if there is
a duplicate part number ignore or remove it. Is there a way that this can be
done. Thanks in advance for any help.
