Any tools on Excel to determine the delayed periods?

If the cycle for business in two different area is very similar, but one of
the cycle is shifted backward or forward. Under this condition, I would like
to determine the delayed periods between two similar cycles?
Does anyone have any suggestions on this area?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Plot your data and look for the peaks in the two curves. The delay would be
the time difference between the two peaks
