Default Template Wizard w/Data Tracking

I need HELP!!!

Using Template Wizard I have created a template with Data Tracking to a
Database (generated by the template wizard). It works fine until I close
excel. After I open the application and select File/New/XTemplate to load a
new record in the database I get the following message "Microsoft Excel
cannot open template wizard". It will open the template but it is no longer
linked to the database.

My Macro Security setting is set at low.

What am I doing wrong.
