How do you use the print screen?
|
Print Screen
If you mean the Print Screen button on the keyboard, this is a Windows
function, not an Excel function (hence you'll get an answer from windows Help). If you hit Print Screen, this will copy the screen contents to the clipboard, then you can paste it into Word or another application to manipulate and print as appropriate. Alt + Print Screen will similarly copy the active window, as distinct from the whole screen. -- David Biddulph "Richard" wrote in message ... How do you use the print screen? |
