Pivot Table Shortcut
 
I can't remember the shortcut for when you are in a pilot table (results) and
you pull up the drop down box that says (show all) fields. It seems that
there is a shortcut starting with the shift key that opens up a find box so
you just type in the one you are looking for

Pivot Table Shortcut
 
If you select a cell that contains a pivot table field button, you can
press Alt and the Down arrow key to open the list.
Then, use the navigation keys to move through the list.
Use the space bar to add or remove check marks
Press Enter or Esc to close the list
