Try this: =IF(B3="","",IF(C3="",NOW()+1,C3)) Go to
TOOLS/OPTIONS/CALCULATIONS, Check ITERATION. When you put something in B3 todays date will be put in C3 and add 1 day and will not change the next day as long as something is in B3.
