I'm creating a template with several locked cells and only a few remaining
for data input. Is there a way to mark or highlight the cells that can/need to have data input but does not show on the printed version? Thanks |

You could use background colors in the data entry cells as long as you set
your print setting to black and white printing. Click FILE in the menu and select PAGE SETUP. Click the SHEET tab and in the center of the dialog box, in the PRINT panel, click the checkbox named BLACK AND WHITE. Hope this helps. -- Kevin Backmann "Jane N" wrote: I'm creating a template with several locked cells and only a few remaining for data input.
