I have downloaded data from another program into excel and I just need a
total of the employee's hours worked. Here's how the data filled in the spreadsheet: Employee # Name Day Worked Hours Worked 001 May Smith Jan 1 8.0 Jan 2 8.0 Jan 10 7.0 Total 23.00 002 Jane Doe Jan 2 8.0 Jan 4 8.0 Jan 11 8.0 Total 24.0 Now - I want the data to look like this in the end - Employee # Name Total Hours 001 Mary Smith 23 002 Jane Doe 24 How do I do that? |
