top 10, custom, and sort asc./desc. in pivot table
 

i need those options to show in the drop-down button in the pivot table. i
know how to do them in the pivot table toolbar menu.

so far i cannot find how to put them in the drop-down button.

You can't do what you are asking... Those options are only available via the
menu options.
