Inserted Pictures are very Large
 

Hi Folks
One of my users has to import data from another s/w package as a picture in
Excel. He doesn't know what he's done, but suddenly the imported pictures
are absolutely huge, and he has to spend time making them smaller. I know
this is probably an easy question - but can someone please tell me how to
change the defaults in Excel so that imported pictures are only small. BTW
we use Office 2003.
