I need step by step instructions to do this, if is even possible...

I want to create a number of items in the clipboard that I save with the
worksheet/or workbook. So when I return to add new data the cells that have
the same contents do not have to be reposted to the clipboard before
repasting to correlate with the new data.

You could "reload" the clipboard with a macro. Just start recording the
macro and then "copy" the desired cells. Then when you reopen the
worksheet run the macro, either manually or with Autoopen.
