copying just the macro from one spreadsheet to another
 

I download the an excel spreadsheet from Intuit Quickbooks each month
that has the same format each month.
I want to be able to download the spreadsheet and then copy a macro
from a static spreadsheet on my hard drive to the downloaded Intuit
spreadsheet.
How do I copy just a macro then from one spreadsheet to another?

Why not just use your PERSONAL.xls
