Show comments, but not the indicators
I have created an excel spreadsheet where all cells in a column of
data contain comments. The comments provide additional information about a location. For example, the cell value is 'Pizza Hut', and the cell comment contains store #, address, city. This creates a very busy looking spreadsheet, with cell comment indicators everywhere. Is there a way to hide the indicators, but the cell comments still popup on mouseover? Thank you John |

If you hide the indicators, you hide the comment also.
You might try <Data <Validation - <Input Message tab, *BUT* it *doesn't* display with a "mouseover", just with a selection. -- HTH, RD --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please keep all correspondence within the NewsGroup, so all may benefit ! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- wrote in message ...
