In 2000, Excell, I had more option when it came to inserting or deleting. I
had 2003 Excel installed and now when I try to insert a cell, it will only ask me to shift entire row or entire column. It doesn't allow me to shift cells down or shift to the right. |

How are you trying to do the insert? In Excel 2003 if you have a cell or
cells selected, as distinct from a row or column, you can either choose Cells from the Insert menu, or right-click and choose Insert.
