Top X% in Pivot Tables
I created a Pivot Table and want to display only the Top 20% of Customers.
I go to the Pivot Table Field List and open the filtering drop-down list for a field. Then I select "Value Filters". But the only filtering option available is "Top 10"; all other filtering options are grayed out. If I want to filter by a certain range of values, I can't. Then, when I select "Top 10", I can only filter by Item; Percent and Sum don't appear in the drop-down list. Any ideas? -- BernieG |
Top X% in Pivot Tables
I've discovered the answer to my own question. I was working with an Excel
1997/2003 file. I had to save it as an Excel 2007 file to use those features. -- BernieG "BernieG" wrote: I created a Pivot Table and want to display only the Top 20% of Customers.
