Stopping automatic backup of spreadsheets in Excel 2007

Hi

How can I stoip Excel 2007 fro automatically backing up my spreadsheets

When I am working in a sheet and save it I automatically get a back up copy
in My Documents

Any help please wouls be greatly appreciated.
