Can I freeze BOTH a column and a row in the same spreadsheet?

I wondered if there was a way to freeze a row and a column in the same
spreadsheet. I have frozen horizontally, but now I want to freeze
vertically. When I try to do this I am only given the option to "unfreeze
pane". Thanks for your help!! Todd

Select the top left cell of the region you want to scroll and freeze the
panes. For example, to freeze rows 1 and 2 and columns A and B, select C3
and freeze panes.
