merging dynamic cells
when name is in multiple rows in a sheet and corresponding to the name i have
differnt tasks, how can i make the name to appear only once in that column along with different tasks on the next column (tasks can be plenty) something like the following shud appear name task A 1 2 3 B 1 4 from sheet1 im filling theses details and the tasks are dynamic from sheet 1. So when i click on a macro , it should give me only one name in a coumn and the tasks alloted to taht name on the next column. Also the cells down the name A until name B should be merged so that the whole name A is in one cell until the tasks for A get over. the names A,B etc ate static . only the tasks differ . also when there are only 2 tasks for name A in sheet1 , when i click on teh macro the same as described above shud appear and teher should not be any blank rows between two names. |
