Is that in all applications or just Excel? Miek "Sebastien" wrote: My F1, F2 and other F functions keys are desactivated. Could you tell me how to activate them again. Regards -- Thanks Sebastien |

As a first step I'd borrow a keyboard from another workstation and see if
that fixes the problem "Sebastien" wrote: It does not work in any application (Word, excel, ppt...) -- Thanks Sebastien "Mike H" wrote: Hi, Is that in all applications or just Excel? You don't happen to have a keyboard with an F Lock key? One where the function keys have 2 meanings, with a description on the key
and an F1 etc indication -- Kind regards, Niek Otten Microsoft MVP - Excel "Sebastien" wrote in message ... | My F1, F2 and other F functions keys are desactivated. Could you tell me how | to activate them again. | | Regards | -- | Thanks | Sebastien |

On many newer keyboards, the F keys do double duty. Put the F-Lock switch on
and you get the standard F-key behavior. Turn the F-Key switch off and the keys are redefined (badly so, in my opinion) to other functions. The F-Lock key is probably just to the right of your F12 key and it probably toggles an LED on the keyboard on and off indicating status. -- Cordially, Chip Pearson Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Excel Product Group, 1998 - 2008 Pearson Software Consulting, LLC www.cpearson.com (email on web site) "Sebastien" wrote in message ... Indeed, I have 2 keyboards (AZERTY and QWERT), and the one I do not use under
my screen had the F Mode button pushed by mistake this morning. My appologies -- Sebastien "Niek Otten" wrote: You don't happen to have a keyboard with an F Lock key?
