Lost Commands on Toolbar ie. File, View, etc.

The commands on the toolbar, not the icons, are gone and I cannot find how to
restore. ie. File, View, Tools, Help, etc.
How do I restore?

hi
do you have any toolbar? if yes then right click the toolbar and from the
pop up click customize.
when the customize box comes up, click the tool bar tab.
scroll down and check worksheet menu bar. click ok

if you have no tool bars of any kind or if this does work...post back. we
may have to use vb.

Click VIEW in the menu, select TOOLBARS and then select CUSTOMIZE.

Select the first toolbar you want to reset and click the RESET command
button. The menu is named WORKSHEET MENU BAR and it is either at or close to
the last toolbar.

If any toolbar in the list is not checked off they will not display. Just
check the ones you want to view and click the CLOSE command button.

Things should be back to normal (in a relative sorta' way).

Good luck...
