Linking OptionButton and Text field

I'm trying to create a form where I have a text box that is grayed
until then option group is selected to yes. How do I do that? The
names of my Optionbutton is Opt1 with a value of 1 meaning Yes and
Opt2 with a value of 2 meaning No. My Text Box is Date1.

I would really appreciate any help with this.
