I can try setting the form up as a table and see if that works, otherwise I'm
out of luck as I know nothing about writing code. That's why I love Access. Makes me feel smarter than I really am. I actually downloaded the Excel form from MS downloads, but it appears to be single use only. Thanks for the advice. I'll let you know how I make out.
