Data validation
I have a list of names (A1:A10).
1. How do I make a dropdown box with these names appear in B1? 2. Once I've chosen a name from the list in B1, how do I make the next dropdown box (B2) contain all the names less the one from B1? Any help would be much appreciated. John |

Data validation
Click on B1
Click on the Data menu Click on Validation Under Allow: Click on List Click inside of the Source box but do not type anything Now scroll down and highlight all the names Then click OK Done. Whatever names you scroll and highlight will appear in the drop down list. Create a new drop down list minus the first name in B2 Goodluck. "Wereman" wrote: I have a list of names (A1:A10). 1.
