Is there a key combo to toggle between worksheets?
 

It seems that I have seen this before, but I may be mistaken. I am having to
toggle back and forth between 19 worksheets in a single workbook and it is a
pain to have to click and scroll to each worksheet.... Any suggestions?

You can use ctrl-pgup and ctrl-pgdn to cycle through the worksheets.

You can right click on the VCR/DVD like controls (to the left of the worksheet
tabs) and choose a worksheet from that list.
