Pivot Table
Hello,
I have a pivot table and I will add data periodically and then refresh the entire table, which works. The problem exists when I use one of the pull down criteria boxes. They were alphbetized at first, but now all of the new entries from newer data just fall to the bottom of the drop down. Is there a way to have those alphabetized with each new data entry? Thanks for your help. I appreciate it. B |

Pivot Table
To sort the items in the dropdown list, you can sort the field:
Double-click the field button, and click Advanced. Under AutoSort options, click on Ascending or Descending Brennan wrote: Hello, I have a pivot table and I will add data periodically and then refresh the entire table, which works.
