set print area
Hi working with excel 2000 i have set my print area of the data that i want
to print but it is printing onto 2 - 3 different pages how can i get it to print it all onto one page. i have tried scaling it to fit one page but that doesn't work -- Thank you for reading my post. Hopefully you can answer my querie |

Switch Your Print-Preview to Page Break Preview and try moving the BLUE lines
to suit; then try again. File | page setup | check fit to 1 page wide 1 page tall

My print area is 3 different collums and they are not all together i used
page set up to set the print area and i have ticked on fit to 1 page wide and 1 page tall but it still keeps putting each of the different collums onto a new page i want all of the collums onto 1 page. -- Thank you for reading my post. Hide the columns that are between the areas you want to print.
If your printrange consists of multiple discontiguous areas, you'll get multiple sheets of paper. Alternatively, you could copy each discontiguous range to another sheet (as pictures???) and print from there.
