Excel 2002
After saving an excel file and then shutting down. The following window
appears "Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." with "Restart Microsoft Excel" ticked. And wants to send error report each time. Excel reopens no problem. But this happens every time you use an Excel Sheet. Will not happen if you just open and close Excel without making any changes or saves. Can anybody suggest a fix for this problem. I am using Excel 2002 (10.2614.2625) |

Don't have a specific solution but you can try this:
Goto the Help menu and select Detect and Repair. I've never had to use this but note the options that are presented. -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "Des" wrote in message ... I saw this problem occur on several PC's back in early 2004, Microsoft
solution then was to re-install Office. This problem did not occur again after installation of Office XP Service Pack 3 Is it possible that you do not have SP3 installed? If not installed then this is the link you need to get it: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en |
