Excel Spreadsheet / Yahoo store

Hello. I need some help if anyone is willing. I was asked to complete a
project for a Yahoo store. I have a spreadsheet with all of the product
information and I need to make it so they are able to upload it through the
backend to their Yahoo store. They sent me some XML files, and I just can't
figure out what I need to do. Any suggestions?
