Error message opening Excel file
 

A file that I have been working on for a few days cannot be opened. I keep
getting this message:

"File cannot be accessed. The file may be read-only, or you may be trying
to access a read-only location. Or, the server the document is stored on may
not be responding."


I checked the file and it is not read only....and it's on my local drive. I
can see it in explorer and looks fine....saved it last night after working on
it. I even tried to copy it to various directories and even tried to import
it into Access...no luck.

Help please !!!!!
