Where can I find a 'Goal Setting" template?

I am looking for a template which I can use for 'goal setting'. There are
programs out there selling for $100. or more. Is there one available on
excel?

Have you tried Excel's Goal Seek, or for more complex solutions, Solver?
Both are in the Tools Menu.
