Maybe...

Could you use insert|hyperlink to that word document?

Could you use insert|object with that word document?

I would think that if you insert|object, that you'd want the object floating
over more than a single cell. But be aware that only the first page of the
MSWord document will show up. The user can double click on the object and then
see all the pages, though.
