word addresses
someone gave me a list of addresses in word - how can i change those to excell?

Have you tried copy and paste. When you did that what happened. It depends a

Windy,
After you copy the addresses in Word go into the Excel sheet and right click. Utilize the Paste Speical options in Excel to see if they provide what you need. ~ Krakatoakt "Windy" wrote: someone gave me a list of addresses in word - how can i change those to excell? |

One way is to save the Word file as a text file, parse it into Excel, and
then operate on it (macros, formulas, cut/paste, etc.) to get the desired spreadsheet format. "Windy" wrote: someone gave me a list of addresses in word - how can i change those to excell? |
